This session will discuss best practices from Coca-Cola’s experience innovating on an iterative process, through years of digital signage strategy development; proposed industry standards that can be applied as an industry-wide framework to unlock digital marketing capability; and insight into the signage ecosystem and how to implement a similar solution.

This session will discuss the variety of options available for shopping centers, including touchscreens, interactive digital signage, large-format and other technologies; consumers’ growing need for experiences and how shopping centers and retailers can plan and implement digital experiences that connect with mobile consumers, increase shopper convenience, build partnerships and boost revenue; and how digital technology has enhanced the in-store experience and is allowing shopping centers and retailers to connect with mobile consumers, increase shopper convenience and promote an online presence.

This session will discuss how to accurately predict consumer preferences; how to drive immersive user experiences and measure their effectiveness; and best practices for implementing visualization and neuroscience tools to validate a brand experience.
